When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5 business days here at Bionic Sports Nutrition we pride ourselves in providing the freshest product possible, most products are made to order or are often made within 3-5 days prior to the product purchase.
Where is my order shipping from?
All orders will be shipped from Bionic Sports Nutrition’s manufacturing plant located in Columbus, Ohio or Lexington, Kentucky.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Question: Can I Return/Exchange A Product That Is Not Opened?

Answer: Yes!  We understand how your circumstances may change or you may change your mind. As long as you return the item(s) within 10 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. Of course, we cannot refund your shipping or return shipping fees.

To Return An Item That Is Not Opened
To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, and e-mail address, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.
If you ordered the item more than 30 days ago, you can still return the products for a refund if they are in saleable condition, but we will charge a 45% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you!

Question: Can I Return/Exchange A Product That I Opened Already?

Answer: If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in some cases. We cannot refund you for opened products.

Question: I Received The Wrong Product! What Do I Do?

Answer: Don’t worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! If you received the wrong product, flavor, size or color, simply e-mail us at Give us your name, order number, email address and the item that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will check into this immediately, arrange for the wrong product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product right away! You will receive the correct one before you know it.

Question: What If My Clothing Item Does Not Fit? (Coming soon…)

Answer: Sometimes your clothing item may not fit you correctly. If this is the case, we will gladly exchange it for a different size. You will only be charged for the new shipping fee.

Question: How Long Do Refunds Take?

Answer: Once we have confirmed that you are getting a refund, the refund will be processed within 24 hours! If you paid by credit card, it will take about to 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card account. If you paid by check or money order, the refund should arrive in the mail within 7 – 14 business days. We work hard to be sure that your refunds get to you as quick as possible!

Question: I Received My Order, But A Product(s) Is Missing?

Answer: We will send out any missing products to you after being notified. We must be notified within 24 hours of when the package was delivered. If you notify us within this window we will get your missing products out to you as quickly as possible!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
