Thai Chicken Patties


3 Servings
  • 250g chicken mince (or chicken breast in food processor for a leaner variation)
  • 1tbs coriander - gourmet brand
  • 1tsp crushed garlic
  • 1tsp chilli flakes
  • 1tbs chilli sauce
  • 1 tbs soy sauce - sodium reduced
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 20g oat bran
  • 1 egg


  • Mix all ingredients together. Make into patties and pan fry with spray oil till cooked through.
  • In the photo it's served on a slice of whole grain bread topped with salad.
