Wok with Marinated Chicken and Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 onion (200g)
  • 4 carrots (200g)
  • 2 leek (150g)
  • 1 zuchini (250g)
  • 3 peppers (paprika) (400g)
  • 1 parsnip ( 100g)
  • 40g sesam seed
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • pepper & salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 750 g chicken breast (without skin)

Directions

  • cut the chicken in cubes of 1cm
  • make marinade: take a bowl and put together, the boney, squeezed lemon, pepper, salt, soy sauce
  • add the chicken to the marinade, mix, and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
  • heat up a wok pan and add some olive oil
  • take the chicken out of the marinade and bake. When ready put the chicken on a plate
  • put the chopped onion and garlic in to the wok pan and add the rest of the marinade. Bake for a few minutes and put it on a plate
  • chop/ cut the other veestapels in pieces and bake them in the wok pan using a bit of olive oil.
  • add 2 tablespoons rice vingear, 1 teaspoon coriander and 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • When almost ready add the baked onion and garlic
  • Add the chicken or serve separately
