Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

makes 4 servings
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1.5 egg
  • 80g panko (or bread crumb)
  • 60g pesto (red or green)
  • 2 red or green pepper (paprika)

Directions

  • pre-heat the oven at 210°C
  • put the chiken, the eggs, the pesto, the panko (or bread crumb) and some fresh black pepper in the food processor
  • wash the peppers (paprika) and cut in halve
  • put the mix in the halve peppers
  • put the peppers for 30 minutes in the oven
