Spicy Grilled Chicken Brochettes

Ingredients

5 Servings = 20 balls
  • 6 oz / 170g chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • sea salt and black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon sweet red paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ zuchini
  • ½ red pepper
  • ¼ red onion

Directions

  • Cut the chicken in cubes (for on a brochette)
  • Crush the garlic and mix with the coconut, salt, pepper, paprika powder and cumin
  • Cut the vegetables in to big pieces.
  • Poor the mixture (oil) on the chicken and the vegetabels
  • Make brochettes with the vegetables and the chicken and put on a medium fire om the grill
