Protein Banana-Chocolate Ice Cream

Low cal, high protein, low fat

Ingredients

(4 servings)
  • 2 little bananas (200 g total)
  • 2,5 scoop (70 g) protein powder (chocolate flavor) (I used whey)
  • 125 g yogurt (I used natural, low fat)
  • sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoons raw cocoa or cocoa powder (for a extra strong chocolate flavor)

Directions

  • put all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor
  • put the mixture in the freezer for about 2-3 hours
  • if possible mix it a few times within the 2-3 hours
  • 4 servings
  • you can top it with crushed pecans (pecan nuts)
