Grilled Chicken with Fresh Lemon Juice, Baby Spinach and Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken (breast)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 1 red pepper (paprika)

Directions

  • Season/flavor the chicken with herbes you like
  • grill the chicken in a grill pan
  • wash te baby spinach and red pepper
  • cut the red pepper into slices
  • take the chicken out the pan and put the baby spinach an red pepper in.
  • take the vegetables out and put it on a plate with the
  • squeeze a fresh lemon over it
