Chicken Spinach with Rice

Ingredients

3 Servings
  • 500 g chicken breast (Diced)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green Chilli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 g spinach (chopped very thin)
  • fresh black pepper & salt

Directions

  • Fry chicken in the pan till its light brown with a bit olive oil
  • Add Spinach and fry for 5min mins
  • In another pan fry red onion, add salt, black peppers and green chillies and fry for 5 mins, add red peppers and fry for another 3 mins.
  • Now add the mixture in the chicken with spinach and cook for 5 more mins
